Refund Policy

At Crosborda, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding services to help you launch and incorporate your business smoothly. Your satisfaction is our priority. Refund Eligibility

If we cannot incorporate your business, or you cancel an unfulfilled service within two (2) days of purchase, we will refund 100% of the Crosborda fees paid.

Only Crosborda service fees are refundable. Government, state, and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund Conditions

Refunds apply only to fees under our control. Changes of mind after purchase do not qualify for refunds. Eligible refund scenarios include:

  • Before company registration is filed: Full refund of Crosborda fees if requested before we file for your company incorporation.
  • After registration but before EIN application: Partial refund of 50% of Crosborda fees if requested after registration but before IRS EIN application (Form SS4) submission.
  • Service processing failure: Full refund if Crosborda cannot provide the selected service.

For delays caused by incomplete information from you, please review our Terms of Service for refund conditions.

Refund Processing

All valid refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your bank account. For requests related to pre-filing or pre-EIN application categories, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of subscription.

Non-Refundable Fees

Once any documents have been submitted to government agencies on your behalf, filing fees are non-refundable. Fees paid for third-party products or services, such as Registered Agents, are also non-refundable.
